I do speak and read German, feel free to respond in German. I however, do not write German that well. On to the questions: I have only been here in Germany for just over 2 years and am getting started again with brewing. I am currently building a Brutus 10 automated all grain beer stand with three 104 liter pots from Morebeer.com along with some BG14 gas burners. I find lots of recipes in America that I would like to brew here for example: http://www.homebrewtalk.com/f82/ Many of these malts are from America and I am looking for the equivalents here and their proper German translations. Is there anyone here that can suggest websites to order 1, 5, 25kg bags of malts? I see websites all over the place, but figure that asking people around here may be a help. I live in the Frankfurt area and would also like to know if there are any beer clubs around here. Any willing to give me a few pointers?
