Hello, I made Malt beer for the wife: I made it according to this receipe:
Malzextraktbier (obergaeriges Bier) I used 1 l fluid malt, 15 l water, 40
gr hops and dry yeast. There is no sugar in the receipe and it doesn't say
anything about pasteurising the beer. The beer tastes now awfully bitter.
Any suggestions, can I add sugar now without turning it into an alcoholic
beer? It's been fermenting for 12 hours now.
