I'm planning to make a gold ALE, typical of the Victorian era in the United
Kingdom, during the reign of Queen Victoria in the mid-nineteenth
century.
The basic recipe contains;
Pale Ale malt
Caramel malt
Yeast fermentation of high
Noble hops (southern Germany)
If someone can send me some information.
A beer a fruity aroma with notes of caramel malt and noble hop, cultured
from southern Germany, I want to know what types grown in this region.
