Here is a website listing all the breweries, brewpubs etc. in and around Berlin. Maybe someone is willing to help you out. https://www.vlb-berlin.org/berliner-brauereien I know for a fact that the "Krongut Bornstedt" is very helpful when it comes to milling getting some specialty malts (<5kg).
