This method, would require me to rewrite the entire schedule for everyone,
something that was not easy at all making sure folks did not have lots of
breaks between bundles. In theory, it sounds good, however, a bunch of work
to get the planning right to make sure Hademer get the bundles for a person
in Austria. It still leaves open that it is not cost effective, post would
cost you at least Euro 80 to send the bundles back to Germany.
Either someone needs to purchase another bundle OR we will have an Austria
delivery only section that will not start until mid to late July in where
you would get 4 weeks (two weeks at each of you NFAA and Gustl )to read ALL
bundles (does this sound like a solution?)
One big box with all the bundles would be sent and then after two weeks
NFAA or Gustl would send it to one or the other. After you two were done,
ship the box back to me and we can start another rotation here in Germany
starting in late Aug.
I have room for one more person in full rotation in the current time
schedule ending in July and two open slots for single bundles, one for
bundle 3 on 20.06.2012 and another for bundle 7 on 04.07.2012.

Edit: Du hast natürlich recht. Also: Falls das Glück uns einen Vorarlberger
Brauer beschert hat, dann könnte ich die Bündel auch über die Grenze
bringen, und Rückweg dann ähnlich.

ich bin ca. ein bis zweimal im Monat zwischen Freising und Wien unterwegs,
könnte also auch Zeitschriften "über die Grenze bringen"...

I am thinking about changing the amount of time to 10 days to make more
slots for people, What do you think? Is this too short or do you think it
really does not make a difference? I am sure there are others that would
like to be part of this circle. I am doing all I can to find a solution to
the folks in Austria. I personally think that 14 days is better.

times, too. 2-3 days for the Post, maybe.

That is exactly what I thought. I think we will keep 14 days, there will
always be a slow down in the post or someone can't get to the post office
in time and this will leave a little error room in the deliveries.
So the time will stay at 14 days.

Was ist wenn man für ein paar Wochen im Urlaub ist und somit nicht zum
Lesen oder Verschicken kommt?
Ich finde auch 12 Tage Netto lesen für 5 Zeitschiften zu wenig Zeit. Wenn
man das auf einen Monat erhöht, hat niemand Druck viel lesen zu müssen und
die Urlaubsprobleme werden auch kleiner.

Magazines are on there way, however, the start will be 3 or 4 days late. My
mother was a bit slower shipping this box (she is in her mid 70's)(40 BYO
magazines in total, along with some hops and supplies for my brewery):
UPDATE 16-03-12
Boxes are still in customs and have not yet been released. The start date
will be pushed back to next week sometime.

I have one half of the magazines and am still waiting for the second box of
magazines to arrive sometime next week. The Magazines are therefor delayed
one week (slow customs).
Update 20-03
Still waiting for another box to arrive with the magazines. I don't expect
that the second half of the magazines will arrive until early next week. I
will adjust the schedule as needed. The problem was the box was not full
and I had to wait for a couple of more items to arrive to make the shipping
cost effective, this is the reason for the delay.
Update 23-03
Still waitings, 2nd box has arrived in Germany, however, has yet to pass
through customs.

Great, I have added the dates you wished for.
If anyone else would like to be added, simply look for "???????" and you
will find an open slot, or just say which bundle you want to be added
to.
Bundles are all sorted, addressd, packed and sealed and will be taken to
the post in the morning (I missed the local time deadline for sending
shipments today)

So I do not want to give any persons address out myself. Due to privacy and legal reasons
I don't think it is a good idea. Each time a rotation is to occur
come back here and look on the schedule, please send a PM to the next
person on the list and ask for the mailing address of that person and they
will have to give it to you themselves.
I think you will all agree this is the right thing to do.
The first round of bundles will arrive in the mail in the morning.
