Well, it really seems pretty nasty on first sight and the style of
presentation emphasizes the oddness.
On the other hand let me ask “why not?”
This guy just tries to find his unique selling proposition. Not in the way
that could address me, but who cares about me.
There are a lot of different beer styles known besides the German paradigm
that beer must not contain anything but hop, water and malt e.g.
beeradvocate list four hundred something different pumpkin ales, yesterday
I had a Lindemans Lambic Framboise for dinner and some month ago I recieved
some chicory flavored beer as a gift. Not everyone’s taste but somehow
interesting.
Even things like hemp, ginger, sweet grass, liquorice are somehow feasible
for flavoring so why not giving tomato, oregano or basil a chance.
Well, OK, garlic in beer really sounds disgusting.
